QUOTES AND PRICING
To receive a quote, send an email to [email protected]. Quotes are valid for at least 6 months. During a commission batch, Goat Coast Costumes will accept 1-3 projects. These projects will be placed on Goat Coast Costumes’ queue once at least one payment has been made.
PAYMENT
If your project is accepted, a non-refundable initial deposit of 30% of the total quote is due within one month of your project’s acceptance. This initial payment will add your project to the queue. Payment plans are accepted and can be discussed on an individual basis. The project must be paid in full before costume work will begin. Payment is accepted through Paypal, Square, Venmo, mailed money order, and mailed cashier’s check only. The project and its shipping must be paid separately.
SHIPPING
Shipping, if necessary, must be paid by the client after the project is completed and before the project is shipped to the client. Shipping is usually $100-180 within the US, but may be $200 or more if shipping internationally.
The only alternative to shipping is convention delivery. Convention delivery is a $50 charge which must be paid 2 days before the first day of the convention. The only convention I can deliver to is Further Confusion.
QUEUE
Commissions will be completed in the order they appear on the queue. GCC uses a public queue that can be viewed any time by clicking the "QUEUE" button at the top of this page. The public queue shows live updates of project completion status.
COMPLETION DEADLINES
Goat Coast Costumes does not accept costume creation deadlines under any circumstances. To inquire about an estimated completion date, email [email protected]. On average, no project has taken more than 1 year to complete.
COMMUNICATION
If a client’s costume is in the process of being made, they will receive updates on the progress of the costume. These updates may not be regular. Clients: please notify Goat Coast Costumes when you will be unable to respond to messages for a period of time longer than a week.
